Refund Policy

Shipping & Returns Policy:

Geek Stop (Pty) Ltd endeavors to process and ship all orders in a timely manner. This would usually be the soonest business day following the placement of an order. If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday it is expected that the items will be sent out on the first business day possible. 

Please take note that during holiday months such as December orders might take an additional business day or two, to be sent.

Geek Stop does not accept any exchanges or returns on products such as booster boxes, booster packs or single cards.

Geek Stop does not offer any refunds.

Any shipping charges incurred are non refundable. 

Order Cancellations:

In the event that an order needs to be canceled outright we regrettably can not return you with the monetary value, instead we can issue you with store credit that may be used to buy an alternative item or make a purchase at an alternative time.

Exchanges:

We do accept the exchange of any unopened products within 7 days of purchase. Any items returned or exchanged needs to be accompanied with an original receipt of purchase and will be investigated for any evidence of tampering. If it is found in good quality we will issue you with store credit or an alternative product to the value of what was returned. In the event that there is a price discrepancy you will be given the option to settle the difference. We do not offer any kind of refund.  

Store Credit:

Geek Stop store credit is issued to the individual who's name is attached to the receipt of purchase, and as such can only be redeemed by this person. Store credit can not be transferred to another individual.

Missing Items:

In the event that an item is missing from your sealed product, it is advised that the publisher should be contacted and a complaint lodged. In most cases they will be able to help the customer solve the issue. Geek Stop (Pty) Ltd takes no responsibility for publisher errors.

Damaged Products:

In the event that you receive a product that has been damaged in some way, please notify Geek Stop within 24 hours by sending us an email along with images of the damaged goods to info@gstopza.co.za

Note: All orders are subject to a 1-3 business days handling time before shipment. Orders may be subject to delays or errors. Delivery times are estimated and not always guaranteed. Possible delays include but are not limited to weather, customs, holidays, product demand or human error.

Also Note: Geek Stop (Pty0 Ltd is not responsible for any manufacturer defects or errors including damaged cards, printing mistakes or missing cards from new/sealed card boxes or cases. If a customer encounters any of these defects they will need to contact the manufacturer’s customer service department directly to resolve the issue. Contact information for the manufacturer is most often located directly on the box.

All Policies are subject to change at anytime without notice. 

Quantity and Order Adjustments:

We reserve the right to adjust quantities of products ordered. These decisions will be made on a case by case basis and you will be notified of any changes.
